Failed videos

If a video fails or we refuse a request, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You'll see a "Refund" line on your Credits page.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable.

Payment problems

If money left your account but no credits arrived, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID and we'll sort it out within 2 working days.
